VBS opened up this year, as always, with a waterpark kickoff night. We loaded up the van, full of towels, floaties, swim suits, and sun tan lotion. The kids, as usual, had a blast there. Zoe conquered three fears while we were there…one was going down the frog slide which she has never willingly done up until now. She was always afraid of the water spray coming from it. She also jumped off the side of the pool by herself, and put her face in the water. It was perfect timing for her to face these fears because she started swim lessons this week too.
