This specific post was initially done for my mom who got Zoe this rocking horse for her birthday this last year. This last month, Darin took the seat off so she could learn to climb on and off herself, which she has successfully done. On and off all day, she'll climb on the horse, rock for 10 minutes or so, and hop back off. She loves it.
Yes, those jabbers are what I hear all day long. Our house is rarely quiet unless she's sleeping. And yes, she's saying what you think she's saying for the first half. She was telling me that she needed to go poopy b/c when she got off the horse, she very seriously started saying "potty" (which is in the living room). She did her business shortly after she sat on it then jumped up with a dirty bare bum and tried to climb back on her horse. GAG...YUCK! I caught her before she made it up and we did our "poopy in the potty cheer". Sad, I know...but it's working. That and the fact that she knows she gets a couple of smartees candy pieces when she has successes. She'll do just about anything for that candy even though it's such a small amount. It's the only jumk food she ever gets except for the occasional special occasion or holiday.
